Returns and complaints

Returns

 

Products purchased from our store may be returned within 14 days from the date you receive your package. To do so, please send the returned product(s) to:

Please remember to include the receipt and a withdrawal form in the package. You can download the withdrawal form here: Withdrawal form. If you use a different form, be sure to include your bank account number and clearly fill in your full name. This will speed up the refund process. You may also send the withdrawal declaration by e-mail to: kontakt@swinglab.pl. The 14-day return period is determined by the date the e-mail with the declaration is sent or the date the return package is dispatched. Returned items must be complete and show no signs of use. If the returned product does not meet these requirements, we will be forced to send it back to you at your expense.

 

Refunds for returned products will be issued no later than 14 days from the date we receive the package. The refund method depends on the payment method selected when placing the order. If the order was paid via instant transfer, the refund will be made using the same method. In the case of a partial return, shipping costs will not be refunded.

The cost of returning goods to the Store is borne by the Customer. If an order was paid for but not collected, we will refund the order value reduced by the cost of the return shipment.


Complaints

 

If the product you purchased turns out to be defective, damaged, or not compliant with your order, we will be happy to help you resolve the issue. Below is our complaint procedure:

  1. Describe the issue in detail and attach all relevant information and documents, such as the order number, receipt, or invoice.
  2. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible and provide further instructions regarding the complaint process.
  3. If the complaint is accepted, we will strive to resolve the issue in the most favorable way for you. This may include replacing the product with a new one, repairing it, issuing a refund, or offering another form of compensation.
